STEP 1: RESEARCH
We started with research - surveying the competitive landscape both for product technical features and pricing from which we were able to make recommendations to the client about Kickstarter pricing and rewards packages.
STEP 2: CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION AND PERSONA CREATION
We then performed a series of 1:1 interviews to assess product positioning, ideal messaging, and developed customer personas which contained both demographic and psychographic data.
STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION
We used the information in the personas to develop and execute a compelling content strategy, imagery, video scripts, social campaigns, and email campaigns.
