A Chinese 3D printing machine manufacturer wanted to break into the US market with a high quality, affordable printer. Their primary goal was to raise enough money to launch their new printer in the US and garner the attention of potential investors. They wanted to do a Kickstarter campaign to launch their product.

SOLUTION FOR SPRINTRAY:

STEP 1: RESEARCH

We started with research - surveying the competitive landscape both for product technical features and pricing from which we were able to make recommendations to the client about Kickstarter pricing and rewards packages.

STEP 2: CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION AND PERSONA CREATION

We then performed a series of 1:1 interviews to assess product positioning, ideal messaging, and developed customer personas which contained both demographic and psychographic data.

STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION

We used the information in the personas to develop and execute a compelling content strategy, imagery, video scripts, social campaigns, and email campaigns.
